Judges breviary...
Ce
fascicule a pour objet d'aider les juges dans des situations non prévues ou mal
définies par le règlement. Il a pour ambition de rappeler aussi souvent de
possible l'esprit dans lequel le Mondioring doit être jugé.
This
leaflet was made in order to help the judges in situations that are not foreseen
or not well defined in the rule book. Its purpose is to remind as often as
possible the spirit in which mondioring must be judged.
Présentation
La
présentation est sous la responsabilité du juge.
Une certaine souplesse est demandée au juge pour la présentation du
candidat.
The
presentation is under the judge’s responsibility. A certain leniency is
requested from the judge for the presentation of the candidate.
Généralités
General
ideas
Un
chien pourra participer à deux concours dans deux catégories différentes le même
week-end .
A
dog will be allowed to participate in 2 competitions and in 2 different
categories the same week-end.
Pour
le Championnat du Monde, le commissaire de ring doit impérativement être juge
de la discipline (mondioring) et figurer sur la liste officielle des juges
internationaux.
For
the World championship, the deputy judge must IMPERATABLY be
a mondioring judge and his name must be on the official international judges
list.
L'exercice
de la recherche ne peut en aucun cas être exécuté en premier dans la partie
des exercices mordants.
The
search and escort exercise must not be executed as the first exercise in the
bite work.
Un
HA qui aurait, par son attitude ou comportement, favoriser volontairement un
chien serait très sévèrement sanctionné par les juges et le conducteur pénalisé
de la totalité des points de l'exercice.
A
decoy by his attitude, behavior, who voluntary favors a dog will be severely
sanctioned by the judges and the handler will be penalized by loosing the total
amount of points attributed to the exercise.
Dans
le cas contraire, si l'HA, par son attitude ou comportement fait volontairement
perdre des points à un concurrent, celui-ci se verrait attribuer la totalité
des points prévue à l'exercice, déduction faite des points perdus avant la
faute de l'HA.
On
the contrary, if the decoy by his attitude or behavior, voluntary makes the
competitor lose points, the competitor will receive the total points attributed
to the exercise, after deduction of the points already lost before the decoy’s
fault.
Dans
les deux cas, le fait sera mentionné sur le livret d'HA et s'il s'agit un HA
figurant sur la liste des HA internationaux, un rapport devra dans ce cas être
adressé au secrétaire du GTIM.
In
both cases, the details will be mentioned in the decoy’s workbook and if the
decoy is on the official international decoy list a report must be sent to the
GTIM secretary.
Lors
du championnat du monde, les règles de la FCI doivent être respectées en tout
point (identification du chien, âge minimum, inscription à un livre d'Origine
etc.)
During
the world championship, the FCI rules must be totally respected in all points
( dog identification, minimum age, stud book registration etc…).

Search
of an object
Il
est précisé que le conducteur peut placer le petit bois à n'importe quel
endroit pour autant qu'il ne soit pas à la vue du chien.
Le petit bois mesurera 15cm sur 2cm de section.
It
is specified that the handler may put the little wood where ever he wants, (in
his pocket, under his arm etc….) as long as it cannot be seen by the dog. The
little wood must be 15cm long and 2cm section.
Marche
au pied
Heeling
without leash
La
marche au pied doit se faire naturellement et sans artifice tenu par le
conducteur.
The
heeling must be done naturally without any artifices held by the handler.
En
avant :
Send
away :
Les
limites du "en avant" seront des repères neutres (il faut proscrire
les jouets, balles, animaux vivants ainsi que tout autre accessoire pouvant présenter
un caractère de provocation tentant à aspirer le chien)
The
“send away” markers will be neutral reference marks (we must banish balls,
living animals or any other accessory that could be considered as a provocation
trying to draw the dog).
Positions :
Le
juge devra savoir-faire la distinction entre l’avancement dans les positions
(pénalisé d'un point par mètre) et un retour anticipé (sanctionné par la
totalité de la perte des points restant à l'exercice).
The
judge must be able to tell the difference between the dog advancing in the
positions (penalized by one point per meter) and an anticipated return (sanctioned
by the total loss of points left for the exercise).

Proposition
au retour : si le chien se déplace de plus de 1 mètre : - 2 points
(la notion d'appréciation du juge disparaît)
Proposal
when the handler returns to their dog, if the dog moves more than 1 meter - 2

Quête
du petit bois :
Search
for an object : « Little Wood »
Le
petit bois doit se trouver impérativement au sol et sans obstacle. Il est
rappelé que cet exercice consiste à identifier un objet et non à faire une
recherche d'objet.
The
little wood must imperatively be placed on the ground, without obstacle. We
remind you that this exercise consists of identifying an object and not tracking
for an object.
Pendant
cet épreuve, l'objet ayant servi au rapport lancé doit se trouver hors de la
portée du chien pendant la recherche du petit bois.
During
this exercise, the object that was used for the retrieve, must be out of the
dogs reach during the search of the little wood.
Saut
haie :
Jump
“ hurdle” :
Les
blocages ne s'entendent qu'après les sauts d'aller (après le saut de retour de
la haie, le chien doit revenir au pied).
The
dog is only allowed to be blocked (in a position) after he has jumped (forward),
after the return jump, the dog must come back to a heel position.
ATTAQUES :

WORK :
Généralités
:
General
ideas :
Le
juge à toute l'attitude pour apprécier la qualité du mordant pendant les
attaques; Une pénalisation à l'allure générale avec un maximum de 10% des
points de l'exercice exécuté.
The
judge has the entire outlook to appreciate the quality of the bite during the
bite work. A penalization at the general outlook with a maximum of 10 % of the
points obtained in the exercise.
Le
bras doit être laissé accessible au chien pour le brevet dans les pays qui le
procèdent et dans la catégorie 1. Seul le bâton est autorisé pour ces deux
catégories.
The
arm must be completely accessible to the dog in the brevet (in the countries
that do brevet) and in category 1. Only
the stick is allowed
in these
two
categories.
L'accessoire
(ou barrage) dans l'attaque avec accessoire devra toujours être franchissable.
Les sacs ou toiles opposés en barrage au chien et ne lui permettant pas de
faire sa prise sont à proscrire.
The
accessory or barrage used in the accessory attack must always be traversable. Filled
bags or canvases used as an accessory for the attack are to be proscribed if the
dog cannot get through them to bite.
Départ
anticipé : dans le cas d'un 2ème départ anticipé, le conducteur a
0 point (les -5pts. à l'allure générale n'ont plus lieu d'être retirés).
Anticipative
depart: In
the case of a second anticipative depart, the handler receives 0 points for the
attack ( the 5 points deducted from the general outlook should no longer be
withdrawn ).

Lorsque
le chien contourne l'obstacle, les 15 points de pénalité sont à déduire sur
la partie des 30 points de mordant.
When
the dog bypasses the obstacle, the 15 point penalty must be deducted from the 30
points awarded for the bite.
Attaques
fuyantes :
Flee
attack
Pour
des raisons d'équité, Il est impératif que les deux fuyantes se fassent sur
le même HA.
For
equity reasons, the 2 flee attacks must be executed by the same decoy.
L'HA
doit avoir la même attitude dans les deux fuyantes.
The
decoy must have the same attitude in both flee attacks.

Nous
demandons aux juges d'indiquer sur la feuille de pointage avant de commencer
l'exercice l'ordre de l'attaque arrêtée (1ère ou 2ème
attaque) sauf dans le cas où il sont deux à officier. Dans ce cas tout deux
seront au courant du tirage au sort de l'attaque.
We
ask the judges to indicate on the score sheet before starting the exercises, the
result
of the stopped attack draw (1st or 2nd attack) – except if there
are 2 judges judging. In this case, both of them will know the draw of the
attacks.
Recherche
:
Search and escort :
Dans
le cas où un chien sort du terrain et trouve le 2ème HA, l'exercice doit se
poursuivre sur le second HA qui exécutera l'exercice de conduite du prisonnier.
In
a case, where a dog gets out of the trial field and finds the second decoy, the
exercise must continue with the second decoy who will then execute the escort.
L'utilisation
des sauts est interdite pendant une conduite de malfaiteur.
It
is forbidden to use the jumps during the escort.
Défense
du conducteur :
Handlers

Dans
le cas d'un scénario faisant intervenir 2 HA, Le 2ème ne doit
jamais se trouver à moins de 3M pendant les phases de diversion ayant un caractère
de provocation.
Le
chien qui ne réagit pas instantanément au moment de l'agression, sera pénalisé
à l'allure générale (maximum 3 points : 10%).
Lors
de cet exercice, une pénalités 2 points par seconde non en prise est à
appliquer.
Pour
la cessation, 2 points par coup de dent supplémentaire avec un maximum de 10
points.
In
the case of a scenario using 2 decoys, the second decoy must never be found less
than 3 meters away during the diversion phase which has a provoking nature.
The
dog that doesn’t react instantly at the moment when the aggression occurs,
will be penalised at the general outlook (maximum 3 points: 10%)
For
the (OUT), 2 points for each bite after the (out) with a maximum of 10 points.
Garde
d'objet :
Nous
rappelons que l'HA ne peut se servir de l'accessoire pour amorcer une esquive.
Concernant
la pénalisation sur l'entraînement, il faut entendre: "… le chien mord
et se laisse entraîner au delà DE 5M" et non "DES 5M …".
Une
fois encore il faut absolument appliquer la règle selon laquelle les cercles
tracés au sol ne sont que des
repaires permettant au juge de mieux évaluer les distances et qu'en aucun cas
ces marques doivent être prises ne compte pour appliquer une pénalisation
directe.
We
have to remember that the decoy must not use the accessory to do an esquive.
Concerning
the dragging penalties, the dog bites and is then dragged (BEYOND) 5 M and not (FROM)
from 5 meters……...The 2 words in brackets are misleading in the French
language but comprehensible in English this is why it is being changed.
Once
again we must absolutely apply the rule that the traced circles are only
reference marks allowing the judges to value the distances and in no way the
reference marks must be taken into account to apply a direct penalty.
